Terms of Service

• I wont draw/I’m not comfortable drawing: NSFW, propaganda, real life couples, babies, fursonas, fetishes, gore, highly controversial figures, religious figures.
  
  

• I reserve the right to publish and share the commissioned artwork online or in an art book (this does not apply to commissions of real life private individuals).
  
  

• I will not work under any kind of deadline (this does not apply to commissions for established companies).
  
  

• Before I start working on a commission you will have to pay 30% upfront, after draft approval you will need to pay the remaining cost for me to continue working on the drawing (this doesn’t apply to the portrait sketch tier).
  
  

• None of the tiers include a commercial license, meaning you have no right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, or profit from any of my artworks.
  
  

• I only accept USD or NOK (Norwegian citizens are expected to pay with NOK).
  
  

• I reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time.
  
  

• I don’t do free revisions. Nevertheless, you are obliged to criticize, make suggestions, and ask for small tweaks during the sketching phase. Any kind of feedback during the outlining stage is very much appreciated.
  
  

• Additional fees might be added depending on the commissioned artwork’s complexity, this will be discussed beforehand.
  
  

• Any time spent working on the piece will not be refunded. However, you have the right to refrain any further payment.
